Weber 3751301 Genesis Grill Review
The Weber Genesis outdoor grill is the ultimate stuff for supreme cooking. Coupled with stylish look and cooking sense, it does all: gourmet searing and multiple courses. The attached cart stores the utensils and keeps the supplies hidden. The corrosion is greatly reduced by colored stainless steel doors and the product is easily washable. Moreover, it maintains consistency in cooking. The middle-placed thermometer gauges cooking precisely. The longevity is assured by a simple Weber strategy - Cast aluminum end caps.
Easily ignited due to three stainless-steel burners and an electronic ignition system, it is rated at 42000 BTU per hour. The cooking grate is strong enough to resist wear and tear for a long time owing to fire-retardant 7-milimeter-diameter stainless-steel rods. The violent flames that rise from fat and grease are kept in control with tilted Flavorizer bars. Thus the grilled food specialty is laced with delicious juices instead of the flames. Moreover, for family members with different tastes, different stuffs may be cooked together because of abundant cooking area (507 square inches). This is in addition to the 130 square inches of warming rack to keep other dishes sizzling. There is also a 12,000-BTU side burner for grabs to fry and sauté trimmings. Surely, you would prefer it over the common stove any day, any time.
Features don’t end here. There are six tool holders, area for tank storage, a fuel gauge for precision, 2 work surfaces of stainless-steel and the added luxury of heavy duty casters; 2 in front and 2 at the back. For the confused cook, there is a cookbook thrown in for effect if only to get started. The measurements of the grill are as stated: 30 by 60 by 64-1/2 inches with the lid open.

For great flavor, gourmet searing, even cooking, multiple courses, easy cleaning, and good looks, nothing beats the Weber Genesis outdoor grill. An enclosed cart is great for storing cooking utensils and grilling supplies out of sight. Painted steel doors and shroud and stainless-steel handles look sharp, resist corrosion, and are easy to clean. An accent-colored, painted steel frame offers plenty of cooking stability. A center-mounted thermometer makes it easy to monitor progress. And, for optimal durability over the years, Weber designed the Genesis with cast aluminum end caps.
The cooking system, rated at 42,000 BTUs, includes three seamless stainless-steel burners and an electronic ignition system for easy starts. The cooking grates feature 7-milimeter-diameter stainless-steel rods that won’t warp or distort under flame for years of outdoor cooking fun. Weber’s stainless-steel, angled Flavorizer bars prevent fat- and grease-fueled flare-ups that over-sear foods. Rather than unwanted flames, juices drip on the bars where they sizzle and smoke, adding extra flavor to grilled chicken, steaks, and kabobs. And, if Bob wants burgers, Stacy wants steaks, and Vicky wants veggie burgers, there’s plenty of room for all with 507 square inches of primary cooking area. Great for keeping the buns and side dishes warm while the entrees sizzle, the warming rack measures 130 square inches, for a total cooking area of 637 square inches. Top it off with a handy 12,000-BTU side burner for sauteing trimmings, and you might opt for this grill over the kitchen stove–year round!
More great features include six tool holders, an enclosed tank storage area, a precision fuel gauge, two stainless-steel work surfaces, two heavy-duty locking front casters, and two heavy-duty swivel back casters. Don’t know what to grill first? Weber throws in a handy cookbook so you can get summer grilling underway. The grill measures 30 by 60 by 64-1/2 inches with the lid open.
