The Weber Q charcoal or gas grill is equipped with handle light attachments and the grilling surface may be lighted with 3 LED bulbs to allow cooking even in darkness. The lights may be turned on and off by just opening and closing the grill, so useful is the tilt sensor. Time and darkness are not an issue with the LEDs providing 2000-2500 millicandelas per head of luminosity. The strengthened nylon housing, insulated with glass, makes the Grill Out handle immune to heat and rain.
There are a mounting bracket, a light pod, instructions, and mounting hardware along the handle. All Weber Q gas and charcoal grills barring Q 300 series may be fitted with it. Under maker’s warranty and measuring 13.1 by 8 by 9.7 inches, the set needs you to buy 3 AAA batteries separately for backup.

This little powerhouse of a light is a must have for when grilling at the campsite while the sun sets over the horison. It puts the light just where it’s needed over the grill so no more excuses of burnt food because it was too dark to see.
